After the lockdown was announced, I thought , what better way of spending my holiday cancellation money, than buying a bouncy castle for my little granddaughters. I am their child minder and trying to figure out ways of stopping us all going stir crazy. All of the staff at Premier inflate were all amazingly patient, helpful and kind despite me being a bit grumpy at times. They were able to produce the perfect design with Disney Princesses etc. I could also have had their photos printed on the castle if required. The bouncy castle arrived today and I couldn't be more delighted. The art work is fantastic. I won't be using this castle commercially but I can see it being carted round to every birthday party for my extended family for years to come. I can't recommend this company enough.

I left Premier Inflate 5 stars for 3 reasons. First reason is because when I was enquiring about the bouncy castle through email the replies couldn’t have been more informative and they responded quickly within 5-10 mins. I messaged other bouncy castle websites and I’m still waiting on the reply. Second is because of how fast the delivery was, I ordered a stock item on a Wednesday and it arrived on the Friday. Third is because the item is for my kids and won’t be commercially used, and so far the quality seems excellent and will hopefully last them a long time. To summarise they provided excellent product and service. Thanks again.

Fantastic company to deal with, very accommodating and professional. Customer service was brilliant. First time using this company and had a great experience. I needed interchangeable artwork for an older castle and it fit perfectly with great quality of printing. The workmanship and quality of my disco castle is much better than my other castles. Would definitely recommend Premier Inflate to anyone. An excellent experience. From our initial enquiry through to delivery, Sam and Natascha were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The transaction was easy and the Hungry Hippos inflatable was made to order and delivered as promised in time for Christmas even though there was a short lead time (on our part). The service and prices were unbeatable. A great product used on Christmas Day and look forward to using it through the summer. Thank you to everyone at Premier Inflate.

As a new bouncy castle company currently building our castle inventory we continue to go to premier inflate due to the fact their customer service is great, very flexible when I need to collect although delivery is an option I choose to collect when I can due to other commitments and sam is always flexible around me.
